Doug Peebles, DDS
Born and raised in Southeastern Michigan, Dr. Peebles relocated to Kentucky to further his post-graduate training in dental surgery and implant techniques in 1995. Dr. Peebles graduated from the University of Michigan in 1978, and in 1995 he earned a fellowship from the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. From 1981 to 1991 Dr. Peebles focused on dental implant placement and sedation dentistry with the Midwest Implant Institute in Ohio. Since then, he has taught a number of University programs, including those focused on implant placement. He has been a part of the Audubon team since 2004.

Stan Wyatt, DMD
Born in Kansas City, KS, Dr. Wyatt grew up in Somerset, KY. He graduated from the University of Louisville College of Dentistry in 1978. During the first three years of his fifteen (15) year private practice in Berea, KY, Dr. Wyatt participated in a dental externship with the University of Kentucky and the University of Louisville. Dr. Wyatt continued practicing general dentistry for an additional ten (10) years before he began standard dental implant training at the Midwest Implant Institute (MII) in Ohio. Dr. Wyatt s MII training in dental implantology began December 2005, with continuance in March 2006, and February of 2008. Dr. Wyatt has practiced implant surgery along-side of fellow dentist Dr. Peebles while continuing educational programs geared toward implant surgery, restorative and aesthetics in implant dentistry. Dr. Wyatt looks forward to serving patients with his experience and continual education in all facets of his expertise.

Trisha Cunnagin, DMD
A native Kentuckian, Dr. Cunnagin was born in Ashland and raised in Catlettsburg. She attended the University of Kentucky and earned a Bachelor of Science degree, graduating magna cum laude. She then earned her doctorate in Dental Medicine from the University of Kentucky college of Dentistry in 1998. Dr. Cunnagin has returned many times to her hometown community since graduation to volunteer her dental services. Since 1998, Dr. Cunnagin has provided yearly dental screenings to all Boyd County head start students. She has also served as a volunteer providing dental care to the Hillcrest - Bruce Methodist Mission, a center for the care of newly single mothers and their children. Dr. Cunnagin has been a part of the Audubon family since 1999 and focuses her practice on removable prosthodontics.
